The book brings together Sally’s decade of experience on private charter boats – including the prolific South Pacific II owned by father, Ron – with original recipes for fish, prawns, bugs, squid, cuttlefish, octopus, oysters, mussels, scallops, crabs, crayfish, and lobster.
